Life is Good with Raw Chocolate Pudding for Avodisiacs
So many things happening at once! Wow! We’ve been having a cold spell in Florida but …. we all know it will pass. The iguanas which many people think are indigenous to Florida have been dying from the freezing temperatures. In fact, they are not native to Florida at all and were brought here as pets and then let out to be wild and they reproduced in large numbers! Here is a pic of one on top of our screen enclosure above the pool:
This particular iguana left us a lovely gift that day. Yes. He shit upon our screen! Hilarious. Ya gotta laugh. Mother nature just does what it wants and we try to live in it, live around it, live in spite of it, live in our walls to keep it out.. ha ha!!!
Of course, we have still gone to the beach and enjoyed the sunshine.

Our mate from the Ukraine, Ally lives here in Florida and we enjoyed a lovely holiday dinner with her at our house! Bam is surrounded by Xmas honies!!! Woohoo!
The house we moved into is severely crazy with lime green carpet! Think 70’s and you’ll get it.
Sammy, Dean and Frank coulda totally hung out in this place. The white piano came with the house if you can believe that! Bam has been crazy busy building out a room into our studio with soundproofing and sound treatment etc. It’s crazy moving 3000 miles and not knowing many people .. but we are crazy people and it’s cool.
As for the carpet… it is not just lime green, it is SHAG! As in shagedelic! Yeah baby. This house is making us become Austin Powers inspired I swear!

Oh, we entered this video contest and are currently in the finals! Woohoo! It is promoting avocados which if you know me, you know they are my favorite food. I adore avocados! When we moved in to our home here, I was so excited to discover our neighbor across the street came over and introduced himself and then handed us an avocado from his garden! Wow! And yes, it was really really really good.
Be an avodisiac and eat raw chocolate pudding!!!

I’m so happy I found your blog! And very glad things are going so well for you.I don’t know if you remember me; But when You and Janet were starting “Renegade” in ‘92 you were recording at “Studio City Recorders” that studio of of Coldwater Canyon with the Neve v60? I was the thin blonde guy that let you two store your Marshall stacks in that stand alone shack bedroom at the end of the driveway, after the deek manager bozo wouldn’t let you keep your amps there(he was areal idiot).
You were still driving your old blue Lemans!!
I’ve always been a big fan so meeting you and getting to be there “seconding” while you and Janet recorded was a very big deal for me…The best was when you both kissed me Woohooo!! that was the only time ever my knees knocked togther..really ha ha!
Thats great you’re still with Bam..I was hit by a car crossing PCH a few months after you left.I was almost killedand after being in the hospital 65 days, had to return home to Columbus Ohio.
I’m OK now. but it was a rough road back..I ended up staying here and finishing my engineering degree at The Recording Workshop in Chilicothe,OH. There aren’t any “real studios” here to get a job in so slowly I got together a decent home room.
I almost won Q-FM 96’s song contest with first place being a trip to Rock And Roll fantasy camp (the one they take on the road) it was here in Columbus. Too bad you weren’t on that one.. it was Jeff Baxter, Simon Kirke and a few other people. I got an on air interview with one of my original songs that they played for 2 weeks- more than any other finalist. Wags and Elliot; the DJ’s, said since I was an “old dog” that had “been there” they wanted to give the first place prize to someone younger that never got a taste of it which was cool, I was just stoked to get on the radio. They told me that people were calling in trying to vote for me ha ha!
BTW You look fantastic! like you haven’t aged a day! Your healthy diet/living must really make a diffence. Ok before I write you a book, I Just wanted to say hi and tell you my little tale[that was one of the most memorable times in my life thank you.
